Our gift cards are only valid for use at picklesdogtreats.com and/or at public events wherein the Pickle’s Dog Treats team is participating with a booth and taking POS payments (e.g. Mabank Farmer’s Market, Grand Prairie Pickle Fest, Delta County’s Cotton Harvest, Boll & Branch Pop-Up Shops, etc.).
Gift cards and/or any remaining balances will expire after 1 full year from the date of purchase (so, 365 days). This is for accounting purposes; however, we are laid-back and want to be helpful/lenient, so should any issues ever arise from this policy, please contact us and we will find a solution.
When you purchase a physical gift card, your checkout process and order confirmation(s) will be just like a regular order as if you were buying treats. Our system notifies us when the gift card sku is purchased; at that point, we will email you (the buyer) at the email entered upon checkout with a virtual copy of the gift card(s) purchased and the unique redemption code(s). We will then subsequently MAIL the physical, printed copy of any purchased physical gift card(s) to the address entered at checkout. If you are purchasing a physical gift card as a gift and want it mailed to another recipient, please enter your billing information at checkout and the recipient’s information in the shipping and/or notes. We will confirm order details with you (the buyer) via email to ensure accuracy of information before processing. We want the gift card process to be seamless and fun for all parties involved so if any errors were made during checkout and/or your order needs revisions, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll get things fixed for you.
Our physical gift cards come in signature lime green envelopes with a printed unique redemption code and gift card inside. Special occasion cards and/or custom messages handwritten on signature Pickle’s Dog Treats stationery can be included upon request (please include in order notes at checkout and/or email mallory@picklesdogtreats.com immediately after purchasing for any special requests).
