Our virtual gift cards are only valid for use at picklesdogtreats.com and/or at public events wherein the Pickle’s Dog Treats team is participating with a booth and taking POS payments (e.g. Mabank Farmer’s Market, Grand Prairie Pickle Fest, Delta County’s Cotton Harvest, Boll & Branch Pop-Up Shops, etc.).
Gift cards and/or any remaining balances will expire after 1 full year from the date of purchase (so, 365 days). This is for accounting purposes; however, we are laid-back and want to be helpful/lenient, so should any issues ever arise from this policy, please contact us and we will find a solution.
When you purchase a virtual gift card, your checkout process and order confirmation(s) will be just like a regular order as if you were buying treats. Our system notifies us when the gift card sku is purchased; at that point, we will email you (the buyer) at the email entered upon checkout with a virtual copy of the gift card(s) purchased and the unique redemption code(s). If you are purchasing a virtual gift card as a gift and/or want the unique redemption code sent to another recipient, you can forward the email we send to you to whomever it’s intended for, OR, feel free to reach out and coordinate with us as we are more than happy to create a special “virtual gift card” email from our Pickle’s Dog Treats team to send directly to any desired recipients. Additionally, if you are wanting a physical gift card to be mailed either to you or a gift recipient, please purchase the other gift card product labeled ‘Pickle’s Dog Treats Gift Card (Physical)’ on the ‘Shop’ page.
